For two years from the date of your original purchase, Klok Mod guarantees your timepiece against any defects in materials or workmanship under normal, personal use. Should your watch’s movement, case integrity, or sapphire crystal fail due to a covered defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the faulty component, including all parts and labor, completely free of charge.
This warranty does not extend to damage or malfunctions resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, unauthorized repair, or neglect. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or patina development, are not covered, nor is water damage unless you have purchased and adhered to the specifications of our upgraded water‑resistance option. Any modifications made outside of Klok Mod’s authorized service network will void this warranty.
To request service under this Limited Warranty, please email support@klokmod.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the problem. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and ship the watch to our service center at your expense. Once we verify that the defect is covered, Klok Mod will complete the repair or replacement and cover the return shipping back to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLOK MOD’S SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF TIME OR USE.
This Limited Two‑Year Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Some regions do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Klok Mod reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted at klokmod.com and take effect immediately for all new purchases.
